HONEYDRIP ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

BY USING THE HONEYDRIP WEBSITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS WHICH SPECIFY WHAT IS NOT PERMITTED ON HONEYDRIP.

1. Your Agreement with Us: This Policy statement regarding Acceptable Use of the Honey Drip website is in addition to the terms set forth in the Terms of Service for All Users which constitutes your Agreement with us and governs your use of the Honey Drip platform. The defined Terms used herein have the same meanings as the meaning of the Terms included in the Terms of Service for all Users.
2. Your Account is Non-Transferable: Your HoneyDrip account is exclusively for your personal use. You are not permitted to transfer, sell, rent, loan or share your account or any Content obtained from your use of the HoneyDrip account with anyone person or entity.
3. Restrictions on HoneyDrip Content: All Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, posting, displaying or publishing any of the following type of content on HoneyDrip:
   1. Content that shows nudity or sexual activities in a public place where members of the public are likely to see the nudity or activities being performed.
   2. Content that includes or refers to a discriminatory, defamatory, harassing, fraudulent, threatening or harassing statement.
   3. Content that includes or refers to hate speech, including but not limited to, statements reasonably construed as vilifying, humiliating, dehumanizing, excluding, attacking, threaten, or inciting hatred, fear of, or violence against a group or individual based on race, ethnicity, national origin, immigration status, caste, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, serious disease, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.
   4. Content that includes, promotes or refers to violence or any illegal activity;
   5. Content that shows or refers to any individual under 18 years old.
   6. Content that shows or refers to any individual other than yourself unless you have written documentation establishing that the individual has given you consent to include them in your Content.
   7. Content that shows, promotes or advertises firearms or any goods the sale of which is subject to restrictions or prohibition.
   8. Content that shows, promotes or refers to drugs in any manner.
   9. Content that shows, promotes or refers to violence, incest, rape, or sadomasochism.
   10. Content that shows, promotes or refers to self-harm or suicide.
   11. Content that shows, promotes, or advertises escort services, sex trafficking or prostitution;
   12. Content that contains unsolicited sexual content or language that sexually objectifies another User or any other individual.
   13. Content that includes or refers to any other individual’s personal data or confidential information, including but not limited to, name, I.D. documents, addresses, phone numbers, GPS coordinates, email addresses, log-in credentials for HoneyDrip, financial information including bank account and credit card details, medical information or biometric data.
   14. Content that is deceptive or likely to mislead or deceive Users.
   15. Content that is intended to solicit payment or another form of gain from anyone in exchange for removal of the content from the Website.
   16. Content that involves or promotes third party commercial activities or sales, such as contests, sweepstakes and other sales promotions, product placements, advertising, or job posting or employment ads without prior express consent of WOH Brands LLC.
   17. Content that violates another person’s rights, including but not limited to, intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents), “personality rights” (right of publicity and right of privacy) and data protection rights.
   18. Content that impersonates another User or any other person or entity or falsely states or implies any affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship between you and WOH Brands LLC or any other person or entity.
   19. Content that shows or refers to “spam” or otherwise unauthentic, misleading content intended to artificially increase a Creator’s views or interactions.
4. Actions Prohibited on the HoneyDrip:
   1. Providing false information when registering your HoneyDrip User Account.
   2. Unauthorized use of another person’s HoneyDrip User Account.
   3. Using media or any method (such as codewords or signals to communicate content that is prohibited by this Acceptable Use Policy.
   4. Reproducing, printing, distributing, attempting to download, modifying, creating derivative works of, publicly displaying, publicly performing, republishing, downloading, storing or transmit any content that is prohibited by this Acceptable Use Policy and the HoneyDrip Terms of Service.
   5. Including another User’s information or Content on your User Account.
   6. Transmitting, streaming, or otherwise sending any pre-recorded audio or video material during a live stream or otherwise attempting to pass off recorded material as a live stream.
   7. Intentionally introducing any viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material into Content which is or may be malicious or technologically harmful.
   8. Decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, or employing any other method in an attempt to discover or derive the source code of HoneyDrip.
   9. Using the Website in a manner that could adversely affect HoneyDrip systems or security or interfere with any other User’s use of the Website.
   10. Using any automated program, tool or process (such as web crawlers, robots, bots spiders, and automated scripts) to access HoneyDrip or any server, network or system associated with HoneyDrip, or to extract, scrape, collect, harvest or gather Content or any type of information from HoneyDrip.
   11. Do not use HoneyDrip’ trademarks, including but not limited to, its name, logo or designs, or slogans except as expressly permitted in the Terms of Service or with our prior written consent.
